Before Your First Visit
We get that you’re busy, so we like to keep things simple and stress-free. Before your first appointment, you’ll receive online intake forms. Please complete them at least 24 hours in advance.
Please wear comfortable clothing so you can relax during your scans and adjustment. Our office is designed with you in mind, so feel free to grab a healthy snack, get some water, and let the kids explore the play area while you settle in.
Initial Consultation
Your first visit is all about connection and understanding. When you arrive, our friendly team will give you a tour so you can feel at home right away. Then, you’ll sit down with Dr. Andrea or Dr. Mo for a one-on-one chat about your health history, concerns, and goals.
After the discussion, we’ll conduct CLA INSiGHT Scans, a completely non-invasive, sensory-based way to assess how your nervous system is functioning. These scans are safe for everyone, including pregnant practice members and infants. If you have questions, please ask. That’s what we’re here for. We want you to feel informed and empowered every step of the way.
Plan to spend about 45 minutes with us for this first visit.
Day 2: Personalized Care Plan and First Adjustment
During this visit, we’ll go over your INSiGHT Scan results and discuss your personalized care plan.
Dr. Andrea and Dr. Mo will walk you through their recommendations, including how often you should come in, how long care may take, and the associated costs.
Once we’ve covered the details, it’s time for your first adjustment. We’ll explain everything as we go, so you always feel comfortable and in control.
Fees and Payment Options
We believe in keeping pricing straightforward and fair. While we’re not in-network with insurance, we accept HSA and FSA payments and will always discuss costs upfront. No surprises here. If you have any questions about payment options, don’t hesitate to ask.
